In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients there is the possibility on request of out-of-court arbitration at the Bar Association responsible (Rechtsanwaltskammer) Düsseldorf (pursuant to Section 73 (2), number 3, in conjunction with Section 73 (5) BRAO) or the Arbitration Division for Lawyers (Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft - Section 191f BRAO) at the Federal Bar Association, which can be found in the Internet via the homepage of the Federal Bar Association (www.brak.de), e-mail: schlichtungsstelle@s-d-r.org
