Jonathan Rüschendorf advises and represents both individuals and companies in the field of white-collar crime. He is also active in the area of internal investigations and supports his clients in compliance issues.

Jonathan Rüschendorf studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and the University of Edinburgh with a focus on business and corporate law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Düsseldorf District Court. At the Ruhr-University Bochum he is doing his doctorate on a topic of business criminal law

Prior to joining Wessing & Partner, Jonathan Rüschendorf worked as a research assistant with the same law firm. Subsequently, he started as a legal assistant in the Investigations department of the Düsseldorf office of a major German law firm. Jonathan Rüschendorf has been a lawyer with Wessing & Partner since 2018.

He advises his clients in German and English.
