Proper preparation of the cases and their pursuit right up to the provision of a successful defence is not possible without an in-depth knowledge of banking and capital markets law. Especially in times when credit institutions are exposed to numerous attacks in public and especially in the media, forward-looking and sensitive advice is just as critical as having an effective defence strategy in the event of an emergency.<\/p>\n<p>We offer banks, savings banks and financial institutions preventive advice with a view to possible crisis situations in the capital markets. We can identify potentials conflicts under criminal law and assist you in setting up internal control mechanisms.
