Dr. Tobias Thielmann is a partner at Wessing & Partner. He advises and defends companies, their management (managing directors, board members, supervisory board members) and members of the liberal professions – in particular doctors – in complex commercial criminal proceedings and company-related crisis situations. His practice focuses on the healthcare and life sciences sector (allegations of malpractice, billing fraud, corruption offenses, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc.) as well as the food industry.
Tobias conducts internal investigations and assists companies in clarifying sensitive issues and in communicating with investigative and supervisory authorities. Most recently, he was particularly frequently involved in the investigation of allegations of sexual misconduct in companies (#metoo).
