Tobias Thielmann advises and represents individuals and corporates on all areas of commercial criminal law with a particular focus on medical criminal law.
Tobias Thielmann is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf.
He studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf with a stay the Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen. He wrote his doctoral thesis on “Forced medication in child and adolescent psychiatry”; whilst preparing his doctorate he also completed a stay at the Centre for Law, Medicine and Life Science at Cambridge University. He completed his legal clerkship at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court.
Tobias Thielmann joined Wessing & Partner in 2020.
