Düsseldorf, September 10, 2026 — The law firm Wessing & Partner is pleased to welcome Corinna Hannig, LL.M. (University of Glasgow), as a new attorney to the team, effective September 1, 2026. She advises and represents individuals and companies in all areas of commercial and tax criminal law.

Corinna Hannig, LL.M. (University of Glasgow), focused on criminal law during her studies at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and gained practical experience as a research assistant at a law firm in Frankfurt am Main specializing in commercial and tax criminal law. She went on to earn an LL.M. with honors from the University of Glasgow, writing her master’s thesis on international criminal law. She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Frankfurt am Main Higher Regional Court, including placements at a major international law firm in the field of white-collar crime and at the German Embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia. Both during her legal clerkship and after its completion, she also worked on her doctoral dissertation in the field of criminal asset forfeiture at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.
