Dr. Volodymyr Izrailevych

Dr Volodymyr Izrailevych is a lawyer and tax law specialist. He specialises in the area of criminal tax law, white-collar crime and tax litigation.

Volodymyr Izrailevych advises on the identification of commercial and criminal tax law risks, tax corrections and voluntary declarations. He represents and defends companies and individuals in criminal and administrative fine proceedings as well as in tax dispute proceedings.

Prior to joining Wessing & Partner, Volodymyr Izrailevych worked as a lawyer in the area of criminal tax law, white-collar crime and compliance at KPMG Law from 2017 to 2022.

Volodymyr Izrailevych studied law at the University of Passau and received his doctorate in tax law there.

He advises his clients in German, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
