Dr. Jonathan Rüschendorf advises and represents both individuals and companies in the field of white collar crime. He also assists with internal investigations and supports his clients with compliance issues.
Dr. Jonathan Rüschendorf studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and the University of Edinburgh with a focus on “Corporate and Business Law”. He completed his legal clerkship at the Düsseldorf District Court. He completed his doctorate at the Ruhr University Bochum on a topic related to commercial criminal law.
Before joining Wessing & Partner as a lawyer, Dr. Jonathan Rüschendorf worked there as a research assistant. Subsequently, he started as a legal assistant in the Investigations department of the Düsseldorf office of a major German law firm. Dr. Jonathan Rüschendorf has been working as a lawyer at Wessing & Partner since 2018 and was appointed partner in 2024.
