Jana Hammesfahr advises and represents individuals and corporates in all areas of commercial criminal law. A particular focus of her legal work is medical criminal law.
Already during her law studies at the University of Cologne, Jana Hammesfahr specialized in criminal law by choosing the focus area “Medical Law, Health Law and Medical Criminal Law”.
She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf, which included stations in regulatory health law and commercial criminal law as well as a stay abroad of several months at the German Embassy, Bangkok (Thailand).
Jana Hammesfahr started her legal career as associate in 2020 at a major tax-focused firm in the criminal tax and commercial criminal law practice group. She joined Wessing & Partner in 2022.
